Shipping policy
All orders (excluding orders containing a pre-order item) are processed within 1Â to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until those items return to stock.Â
If you want in-stock items to ship right away, we can split your shipment into two parts for a small additional charge.Â

Shipping RatesÂ
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2 pm EST begin processing the next business day.
We use USPS and UPS as our courier partners.
International Shipping
Please note: International customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and potential handling fees upon delivery.We currently do not collect any of these possible fees, we ship your order as DAP/DDU.Â
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@royalbobbles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
You may return your unused and unopened product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products that are deemed defective or broken upon receipt will be exchanged or replaced at full value with no restocking fee. Â Photographs of the product and the packing box may be required. Â If the individual retail box has been opened but the bobblehead is otherwise in new condition then a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
If the box has been opened and the bobblehead is no longer in a new and re-saleable condition, or if the product is not properly packaged for shipping and is damaged in shipping then the return cannot be accepted.
Refunds will be given in the same manner in which the item was purchased, less any restocking fee as required. Â Allow 7 to 14 days upon receiving the item to process your return. It may take up to 30 days after that to be visible on your next credit card statement. Â Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective or an error occurred when filling the order.Â
Please note that Royal Bobbles is not responsible for orders that are returned to the shipping facility because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
If your order is returned for this reason, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping and the initial shipping cost. We offer two options:
- Reship your original order to a corrected address once the new shipping fee is paid.
- Receive a refund for your order, minus the original shipping cost.
