Reseller Terms and Conditions

As an authorized Royal Bobble’s reseller, I agree not to sell any Royal Bobble’s products by way of Amazon either by selling to them directly (Vendor Central) or by selling through their reseller program (Seller Central).  I also agree not to sell via any other third-party online outlets, such as eBay, Sears, Walmart, Rakuten, or any other e-commerce platforms or websites not under my direct ownership or control, without the prior written consent of Royal Bobbles.

I also understand and agree that I shall not distribute Royal Bobbles products through any other resellers, wholesalers, distributors, or other commercial entities for their resale to consumers or for listing on third-party marketplace websites.  It is understood that our company and all of its assignees will comply with Royal Bobbles' published MAP for all items, and that we will be liable for any resulting MAP violations.

I acknowledge and agree that failure to comply may result in the delay or cancellation of my orders by Royal Bobbles, as well as appropriate legal action against me or my company, including but not limited to, seeking judicial intervention of the courts.  In such an event, I understand that Royal Bobbles shall be entitled to seek all available remedies, including, but not limited to, the right to seek injunctive relief, monetary damages, attorney’s costs and fees, and special or punitive damages. 

I understand and acknowledge that Royal Bobbles will charge a 20% re-stocking fee for any palletized orders that are changed or cancelled after processing but prior to shipping. Any non-palletized orders that are canceled or changed after processing but prior to shipping will incur a 10% handling fee. 

Any products included on orders placed from the application date are required to comply with this new policy.
